Tiscali Selects Sigma Systems Service Management Platform for Mobile Service Provisioning

Tiscali and Sigma worked together to deploy Sigma's SMP platform to enable Tiscali to have more flexibility and control over the delivery of its services than with its previous solution. The Sigma and Tiscali teams collaborated on the integration of the SMP platform with Tiscali's network, and provided the tools and training that its IT teams needed to ensure that the migration of the operator's mobile subscribers to the Sigma platform was seamless. This approach and implementation will ensure that Tiscali has the ability to easily expand its service offerings over time.
