Top VoIP Technology Providers Settle Lawsuit Creating a Win for Consumers

magicJack VocalTec (News - Alert) Ltd (NASDAQ: CALL) has filed a Joint
Stipulation and motion for the dismissal of a patent infringement suit
that magicJack filed in April 2012 against netTALK ("netTALK") (OTCBB:
NTLK) and its DUO VoIP (voice over internet protocol) telephone services
product line. The federal court has dismissed the entire case with
prejudice, including all claims, counterclaims, defenses and causes of
action. The dismissal clears the path for netTALK.com, Inc.'s continued
sale and development of its VoIP products, which offers outstanding
quality and a substantial amount of savings to consumers.
