C Spire Wireless Launches Employment and Career Website
Nov 12, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
C Spire Wireless announced the launch of its career website, cspire.com/careers.
According to a release, redesigned by C Spire, cspire.com provides a personalized shopping experience for each individual customer.
"Our primary objective for our new career website is to create an engaging, high energy recruiting experience that reflects state-of-the-art technology and our fast-paced culture in order to attract candidates that are a good fit for C Spire, while also creating awareness and interest in C Spire as an employer of choice," said Barb Miller, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for C Spire Wireless. "We provide a supportive, nimble and collaborative working environment, which is one of the reasons that our company has been successful at recruiting and retaining excellent CREW members. We want our career site to reflect that same experience.
"As a mobile computing company, it was also important that our career site be designed so that it's accessible and engaging for active and passive candidates who are on-the-go, whether they are using their laptop, tablet or smartphone or accessing the site through social media, such as our company Facebook page."
The development and redesign of the site was a collaboration and design between the company's Human Resources, Marketing, and Information Technology departments.
All applicants to C Spire must apply for employment through the career site.
"In this new era of communication, it takes a talented, diverse group of bright and inspired CREW members to bring our unique vision to life," said Miller. "We do it with amazingly fast speed and an unbeatable spirit of teamwork, innovation, passion and commitment. We invite all candidates interested in employment with C Spire to find out more about career opportunities at cspire.com/careers and on our Facebook page, facebook.com/cspire."
C Spire Wireless is a wireless communications company.
