Technology solutions provider PC Mall Gov Inc, a subsidiary of PC Mall Inc (NASDAQ:MALL), revealed on Thursday that it won a Delivery Order from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), for Cisco networking equipment, maintenance and engineering services.
This order was made under NASA's Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement IV (NASA SEWP IV) contract which is available to all of the Department of Justice agencies and is forecast to have a potential value for all awardees of up to USD800m over the next five years.
The final awards were comprised of requirements under four separate Contract Line Items (CLINs) for a period of one year plus four option years. Requirements include: (1) maintenance on existing and new Cisco equipment for the FBI; (2) professional services on existing and new Cisco equipment for the FBI; (3) new product purchases for both FBI and the larger Department of Justice; and (4) maintenance on product purchases made by Department of Justice (excluding FBI) under CLIN 3.
PC Mall Gov was the sole contract awardee for CLIN's 1 and 2 and was the primary awardee for CLIN 3, which will allow the company to receive any delivery order under CLIN 3 that is under USD1m. PC Mall Gov will be permitted to compete with other awardees on CLIN 3 for requirements anticipated to be greater than USD1m.
