Concentrix and Cisco (News - Alert) Win Best Outsourcing Partnership Award

Concentrix Corporation and Cisco have recently been recognized with the prestigious Best Outsourcing Partnership award at ICMI’s European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards, held in London, England on October 4, 2012.

The award recognizes a partnership’s ability to demonstrate joint business aims and challenges and those who received it were selected on the basis of demonstrating effective integration, two-way communication, transparency and investment in the relationship, as well as evidence of achievement against business objectives, including the outsourcer’s impact on the customer experience.

The long-term relationship between Concentrix and Cisco was highlighted because of its ability to continually deliver exceptional customer service and innovation to Cisco’s customers on a global basis.

“Being awarded ‘Best Outsourcing Partnership’ by ECCSA validates the magnitude of our shared successes,” said Valerie Sujobert, EMEAR Service Delivery Manager for Cisco, in a statement.

Judges of the ECCSA considered the Concentrix-Cisco partnership as, “going far beyond a client/outsourcing relationship, this partnership has been courageous, collaborative and committed to staff engagement. The potential for development across both companies has engendered a strong network and an overwhelming sense of unity.”

“We are proud that our work with Cisco has been recognized for our exceptional collaboration, which has enabled us to provide and create new and innovative client services,” commented Chris Caldwell, president of Concentrix Corporation. “This award highlights our joint commitment to each other and how we continuously strive to deliver exceptional customer service.”
