Voice and data networked solutions provider Adcap Network Systems, Inc. has achieved the Cisco (News - Alert) Master Managed Services Certification. This honor recognizes the company's investment in ITIL processes, practices and tools for providing high-quality managed services.

To become a Cisco Master Managed Services Certified Partner, Adcap had to demonstrate the ability to deliver a variety of sophisticated solutions. The company also had to meet stringent requirements to reflect a depth of its capabilities, as well as undergo an independent audit from an objective, third-party auditor.

Adcap also provided at least two managed services that used the procedures and resources necessary for deploying, managing and supporting Cisco solutions. As a Southeast U.S. provider of voice and data networked solutions, Adcap offers national deployment and support capabilities.

The company has expertise in unified communications and collaboration systems, as well as desktop and server virtualization. Adcap also provides managed video conferencing as part of its secure, reliable IT systems services and support.

Adcap was named a Cisco Gold Partner last month, signifying it had received Cisco Gold Certification status. The provider was required to meet a number of Cisco standards to be named a Gold Partner, in the areas of networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction.
