Cisco News - Cisco Grants Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization Status to Consilium Software

Cisco (News - Alert) granted Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization status to Consilium Software in Malaysia after it satisfied all the requirements needed to sell, design and deploy Cisco Collaboration Architecture solutions in Malaysia.

It validates the ongoing commitment to our clients and partners in delivering them the highest standards of innovative solutions with our growing capabilities in terms of resources, technology and infrastructure in Kuala Lumpur office”, said Pramod Ratwani, chairman and CEO at Consilium Software, in a statement.
Cisco explained that the elements of the Cisco Collaboration Architecture establish a collaboration core that powers compelling experiences both within and among organizations. Working together in a modular fashion, these capabilities allow one to develop an investment plan that helps ensure interoperability with their existing assets.
Consilium supports UC and Contact Center Provisioning, Virtualization/ Multitenancy and third party applications for service providers and system integrators launching UCaaS and hosted contact center in multivendor environment. Consilium UniAgent and UniInsight products for Cisco are stated to have enjoyed considerable success among many production networks around the world.
By attaining the Cisco Collaboration Architecture Specialization, Consilium will be able to: develop sales, technical, and service capabilities for integrated networking solutions; increase technical competency; achieve recognition as a Specialized Partner in the Cisco Partner Locator; and more.
