Cisco News - AGT and MCPc Form Strategic Partnership
By Brittany Walters-Bearden, TMCnet Contributor
Recently, Applied Global Technologies (News - Alert) and MCPc formed a strategic partnership to further advance its own separate companies. Under the terms of a strategic partnership, both companies will retain their separate identities while joining forces to save time and money.
MCPc offers technology products and solutions for any type of workspace, including cloud computing consulting, helping to assist workplaces that are starting to use iPads and other tablets, managing mobile devices in the workplace, and any other technological products that are relevant to your work environment. MCPc is also a Cisco (News - Alert) Gold Partner.
Applied Global Technologies, or AGT, is all about helping your company with mobile video conferencing technologies. Today, a lot of meetings and talking between coworkers and employees take place via video conferencing. It is a convenient tool when you are establishing your business across long distances, and AGT can connect video clients using leading technology and software.
AGT and MCPc recognized that they both had good business history; therefore, MCPc joined in AGT’s partner program. MCPc will bring its mobility and business-to-business solutions to the partnership, and in return, AGT is letting MCPc add its EncoreB2B product to its line of technology products. MCPc will start to resell AGT’s managed video services as well. Both companies complement each other very well with what they each have to offer clients.
The Chief Operations Officer of AGT, Bob Wood, is enthusiastic about the strategic partnership, saying the following about the strategic move: “MCPc’s rich history as a Cisco reseller coincides very well with our mobile video conferencing technology, which is designed to optimize existing infrastructure. Our relationship with MCPc is a perfect match as more enterprises and organizations seek a mobility and business-to-business solution that can leverage their existing video infrastructure.”
Separated they were well off, but by combining their efforts, they can improve these services they have to offer their valued clients.
