Cisco News - Learning Tree International Becomes a Cisco Learning Partner

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Learning Tree International, a provider of highly effective, hands-on training to managers and information technology professionals, has been named a Cisco (News - Alert) Learning Partner.

The status as Cisco Learning Partner makes Learning Tree as the best-in-class source of authorized Cisco core technology training in preparing IT professionals for career certifications.

The selection was based on assessments of rigorous standards for educational competency, service, customer satisfaction, and investment in certified staff and equipment set forth by Cisco, company officials said.

“Learning Tree instructors are Certified Cisco Systems (News - Alert) Instructors, and are also rigorously trained to maximize the learning achievement afforded by our state-of-the-art classrooms and training methodologies,” said Donald F. Berbary, president and general manager of Learning Tree USA, in a statement.

“The partnership with Cisco enhances Learning Tree’s ability to provide its customers with additional course offerings and opportunities to get the networking skills they need to become Cisco certified, according to Berbary.

As a Cisco Learning Partner, Learning Tree International is authorized by Cisco to deliver a broad range of technical, product and solutions training. The courses are delivered by Certified Cisco Systems Instructors, who additionally meet stringent Learning Tree expectations for delivering the most effective instructor-led classroom training available, company officials said.

“Achieving Learning Partner status validates Learning Tree International's expertise with Cisco technology certification,” said Andres Sintes, global director of the Worldwide Learning Partner Channel at Cisco, in a statement. “Cisco is committed to providing the tools, certifications and training that help drive growth, differentiation and profitability for our partners and customers worldwide.”
